• A release form must be signed before the hunt begins.

• Guides tips not included in price of hunt.

• Semi-guided hunts mean hunters are taken to blinds and stay there until picked up by guide.

• Hunting license must be secured prior to arrival at the ranch

• Sight in rifles prior to arrival. Final sight in will occur at the ranch on arrival date.

• No guarantees.

• Any wounded or lost animals are considered a kill.

• No alcoholic beverages before or while hunting.

• No smoking in cabin, blinds or while hunting.

• No taking of any animal in velvet.

• Do not shoot livestock, IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE!

• Take only good clean shots.

• Hunters must obey all State and Federal game laws and bag limits.

• $500 fine for getting out of your stand/blind and walking around.

• $1000 fine for harvesting deer outside of the agreed upon package.

• Any fines incurred with are payable upon return to cabin. If the fine is not paid, the entire hunting party will not be allow to continue to hunt.
